ABOUT US
VENOGE
CONSULTING
Our history
In 2019, after 15 years at the helm of Pittet Associés SA, a company active in advising pension foundations and insurance companies, David Pittet is leading the sale of the family business, of which he is a co-shareholder, to a regional mutual insurance company.
Faced with the challenge of defining a new professional future for himself, he decided to put his 25 years of professional experience to work for organizations looking for skills in governance, strategic management or organizational reform. After a period of reflection, largely prolonged by the health crisis, he created Venoge Consulting Sàrl at the end of 2020.

Sustainable development
Sustainable development is the idea that human societies should live and meet their needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Development is based on three main pillars (environmental, social and governance), summarized under the acronym ESG, and potentially concerns all business sectors.
We are committed to contributing to the social, economic and environmental development of our customers in line with the principles of sustainable development. Whether analyzing the existing situation or defining a sustainable strategy, we aim to act systematically in a context of sustainability, helping our customers to develop their own ambitions in terms of sustainable development.
Governance
Corporate governance (expression derived from “corporate governance”) refers to all the processes, regulations, principles and institutions designed to govern the way in which a company is managed, administered and controlled. ISO 26000 places governance at the heart of its concerns: “Organizational governance can include both formal governance mechanisms, based on defined processes and structures, and informal mechanisms, emerging according to the organization’s values and culture, often under the influence of the people who run the organization.” One of the central themes of corporate governance is the relationship between shareholders as owners, the Board of Directors and operational management.
Organizations are regularly called upon to redefine the operational and/or strategic aspects of their governance. We want to put governance at the heart of our thinking and actions, and are particularly interested in helping to improve our customers’ management processes.
